About

Venture aims to give our students as much support and attention as possible in order to successfully complete their academic program. We want our students to be engaged in hands on learning experiences and offer work placements for our 15 Plus program students. All of our students are placed on an Individual Education Plan that suits their strengths and addresses their challenges, which we actively monitor.

Why Choose Venture?

The student to staff ratio at Venture is exceptional and this helps make certain that students do not “slip through the cracks.” We offer as many one on one learning opportunities as possible. The staff keeps in close contact with families/guardians and develop close relationships with students in order to keep everyone involved informed and to ensure academic and behaviour goals are being met. The school also intends to engage students with multifaceted projects (bike repair, barber shop, movie making, job shadows, art projects, sport challenges, cooking, etc.) to meet the needs of all of the students at Venture.
